Business Systems Package
$2,400 Two payments of $1,200
- Payment 1 ($1,200) to begin; Payment 2 ($1,200) due before the website and CRM build begins
- Includes up to 8 hours of setup and training, plus up to 2 hours of follow-up support in the first 30 days

- Configuration of your existing computer — business apps, settings and file organization (Your computer should already be up and running. We guide and configure; we don't set up a brand-new computer.)
- Google business account setup (Google Workspace) with business email across your devices
- Google Business Profile setup, with guidance on managing it
- QuickBooks account setup & basic configuration
- Payment processing setup (Truss or equivalent)
- Calendar setup & syncing (phone + computer)
- Estimate workflow guidance & setup
- File organization (estimates, invoices, documents)
- Claude set up on your computer
- Training on your computer organization and every system we set up

I make a warm introduction to a banker who picks up, and I even set up the appointment — plus a financial advisor to help you open the right business accounts. It's complimentary. I make introductions only; financial decisions are between you and the professional.
